Return/Cancellation Policy, in effect since 26/09/2024

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peter Unterthurner, Siegesplatz 15/C, 39100 Bolzano, Italy, +39 375 7491730, info@alpenmadonna.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If the products are returned via a freight forwarder, we will suspend the refund until we have received the products or until it has been proven that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To return the item, please use the original packaging and send the tracking number to info@alpenmadonna.com. Peter Unterthurner, the operator of www.alpenmadonna.com, is a very small company that cannot afford to cover return shipping costs. According to the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of any product they do not like.
